Ok, I'm trying something new - let me know if you can view the pictures or not. Too big, too small etc.
If you double click on the picture it enlarges (I think) You can view the pictures by clicking on the arrows at the top or on the right side it says "slideshow" clicking on that will take you through the pictures automatically. From this site you can also download any pictures of your choice or order prints. Like I said before everything I do is trial and error. So let me know how it is working for you Donna

Donna, Great picures! Sorry I missed party! We were down in Indian Harbour, Florida...got together with Barbara Elgin, class of '66 and her husband Jack. We all wished we could have made the party. This party looks like it laid the ground work for another multi-class party/reunion, (in air conditioning), soon.

You are so handy Donna, are you sure you are not a teenager? Loved the pictures. Let's see, the guy with Bill Roscoe is Steve Rygg. He said he was supposed to graduate with us. I guess I missed the clipper plaques, must have been outside chasing animals. I was trying to figure out who June Ward was, she wasn't wearing her name but she seemed to know everyone. Now I see why, she is the X Mrs. Kenny. Lorraine Gillis looked good, I think she goes by a different name now, Laura or something. Anita never ever ages. Her parents are still going strong so she may be the last one standing. I never realized how good David's voice is. He can belt one out for me anytime! The pictures of the band are priceless. Like I already said I'm glad you didn't get any pictures of me. I was wearing all black so that may have helped (except for my peace shirt). It was very nice to see Cassandra and Bonnie and you and Jack. Even after seeing the pictures I still don't know who some people are. It was a very congenial crowd even if we didn't have any idea who each other was. We were Clippers!

Thanks Guys - I like to read messages on the board too. Ried, Larry and Dusty you are always missed! Wish you could have been there. Stay turned for the next event. Maybe even next summer at Pawleys. Who know what the committee will come up with. Nancy - This party was fun. It was great to see our classmates again. I asked Jimmy's son what the count was and he said at one point 120. It seemsed that there was more there than that. There were so many that I didn't know - I wasn't real familiar with the other 2 classes. With this there were so many that I didn't know and even if they told me their name there would still be that dull bell going off. Our Class was broken up into groups at this even - mainly because of the heat and trying to find a cool spot in the barn or outside it. I had a great time seeing classmates and recognizing a few from the other 2 classes but mainly my focus was our class and the band/singers. I throughly enjoyed being around these guys (Dagenites+) again and listening to them make music. As I have said before - I mostly enjoyed watching their faces as they played and interacted with each other. Geoff Robinson's girlfriend, Terri, smiled at Geoff the whole night with the most admiring smile. I do hope we have other gatherings were we can get these guys to play again. In talking with Hal Cumming's wife, Judy, she said she so enjoys watching our group. She said that those days of our youth were a safety zone for us, the world was our oyster, we all had dreams and ambitions etc. She said that she sees us all going back into the safety of that cocoon when we have these gatherings. Our spirits are lifted, troubles abandoned and we all feel that wonderful feeling we had in the safety of our youth. I wish I could word it the way she did - but after thinking about it - maybe that is the feeling that I always have at these events and have never been able to put it into words. Glad my try at posting the pictures here worked. Much easier than putting them up the other way. Take care all - still trying to get back to normal after the MD bug I picked up. It sure has knocked me down. Take care Donna

Great pictures Donna, I really liked the way they are shown online. Your very talented! Sorry I missed the party, it looked like a lot of fun and I saw some faces in your pictures that I haven't seen since 1965. Everybody looked great. David filled me in on how it all went at the farm. Maybe next time. Keep in touch Dave. Frank

Judy is right, it is like we all become kids again! In addition to what I suggested earlier you could get some Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and drink some in water. It is fermented medicine. Braggs has the cloudy goodness in it so shake it up good. I hope you feel better soonest.

Hi Frank and Brenda - Great to hear from both of you. Brenda wish I was talented on this computer - but so many of the companies are making it so easy to make us non-talented hackers look good. Highly recommend Picasa2 for sharing pictures/albums and editing. Just Google it and then download it to your machine. It is a free program. Saw a thing on their site that said to embed album in your site so decided to give it a try - worst it could do is make me start over again. And hey, it was worth the try -- it worked. Brenda that is a great picture of you on there! Hair blowing in the breeze. I just reviewed the video again. Now that is going to be a challenge. I don't quite know how to edit etc but will be working in it so all who want a copy of the CD or DVD or whatever it is (see what I mean - I could be in deep yogurt here) can have it. Frank give me an update on you, email me. Lots of people wanted to know where you were - told them not this party but you would be at the next one. RIGHT!? Thanks for supporting the site - love you guys Donna

I just have to say that the Party at the Farm was absolutely the GREATEST!!!!! The Tobacco Barn was really fun, and the photographs on this website will give one a really good idea as to how much fun we had. ALSO.... the music provided by the Dagenites was the absolute BEST!!!! --- WE MUST HAVE THEM AT OUR NEXT PARTY!!! All of the others who particpated in singing and playing music added so much to the event for all of us. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to coordinate this, to those who came to the party to make it one of the best parties I have ever been to (yes, I do get out occassionally!!). It was great seeing everyone and I hope we can do it again SOON!!!! God Bless to every one out there--- Richard Wolford ('67)

Hi Dave, he seemed fine to me although the time I did talk with him he was sitting down. He had a great shirt on, something like this: I Don't Give A (picture of a rat)(picture of a donkey).

Unfortunately Butch's knee isn't back to par - he started therapy while we were there. He thought it would be good as new after the surgery but it just hasn't worked out this way. It still is painful to move it especially after sitting. They have 4 levels in their home and so he is always going up and down stairs and I am not sure if that was good or bad for it. So he definately has put off the surgery on the other knee until this one gets better. We have tried to get him and Barb on this site but they just haven't been around computers so are not comfortable around them. Butch still thinks his smoke signals can do as much as the computer. lol See I can type what I want because he ain't going come here and read it - now don't rat me out. Donna

I look at there photos over and over and relive the wonderful day at the farm. Donna, you have given so much to so many people. I love you and appreciate all of the hard work and love you devote to our class. These photos give our classmates who couldn't make the party, the opportunity to see how much fun we had and what a wonderful group of people went to OHHS. My oldest daughter is approaching her 20th reunion, La Reine (Class of 89) and she has never been to a reunion and has only received a flyer about a 5 year. We really are a group of people that appreciate the value of friendship and look forward to seeing old friends each time. Love you, great friend.

Oh Bonnie - you say the sweetest things! Blush Blush Thanks kido - I love doing it for you all.Dusty, yes I did record about 1 hour of the show. I came home sick so was under the weather for about 10 days - then my daughter recruited me to help her redecorate (completely) her daughters room. So hopefully this week I will attempt to get the sounds to the board. I tried running it through my computer but didn't know what I was doing so it didn't work. I posted a thread on this subject somewhere on here. So will attempt it again this week. Yes, I thought of you all and was trying to get the sound back to you. They were so great - so many there hadn't heard them before and just couldn't believe how good they are -

I love to hear them play Jack the Ripper by Link Wray. Their take on it was so neat - lasted a long, long time. I just marvel at the talent of others - I created a "Thank You" card for each of the fellows through that company that I made our 60th Birthday Bash book. Sending it out Monday so will post a picture of that soon.

Hey Ginny - glad you made your way over here. It was great chatting with you at the party. I love that picture of you and your family in the water on classmates.com - think that is where I saw it. Have you lived in Ocean Springs since moving to MS in 74? What took you to MS? Mom and Dad moved there about that same time frame. Ocean Springs is a pretty little town. Did you take on much damage from Katrina? Headed to mom next Wednesday. Thanks again for posting - take care Donna
